- SHIPPING -
Orders will ship within 48 hours after receiving payment. All orders will ship via Priority Mail or First Class. Tracking # will be provided with every USA Order.
If your order does not arrive in a timely manner please contact me and I will try my best to resolve any issues for you.
I take great care in shipping my products. They are securely packed in bubble wrap to secure the products from breakage during shipping. All items are made
and shipped in a pet free and smoke free environment.
Shipping on Custom and International orders depends on size, weight, and destination.
If you are ordering internationally, I will need to know the exact Country and Region that this is shipping to. Tracking may or may not be available for
International Orders. Be sure to contact me for a price quote for International Shipping prior ro ordering for the most accurate rate and to avoid any confusion.
- REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES -
I hope that you will enjoy your purchase. However, if there is a problem with any item you purchase from my store, please contact me and I will do my best to
correct it.
If you are unhappy with your frame, I will refund your purchase price as long as the frame is returned to me in the condition it was shipped to you within 10
days.
NOTE: All buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs including tracking numbers and/or delivery confirmation to ensure that I have been
returned the frame/s.
YOUR REFUND: Once the frame is returned and received my me you can expect a refund within 24-48 hrs.
